Registration fees
All fees include French tax (10% VAT). After April the 30th, they will be raised by 20%.They cover the wellcome cocktail on Wedesnay the 17th, the two lunches of Thursday the 18th and Friday the 19th, as well as refreshments and coffees during breaks.
The terms “Full fees” and “Reduced fees” refer to the registration fee, which either includes or excludes the gala dinner, whatever the category. If you have any question, contact us at esab2026@sciencesconf.org

We will pay special attention to YOUNG RESEARCHERS (postdoctoral fellows and PhD students). The registration fee for them will be € 200, and we have secured bursaries, making the conference free for 40 PhD students or postdocs, after selection by the Young Scientist Committee.
For PhD/PostDoc only: to maximize your chances of being funded, you may already submit a one-page CV and a one-page motivation letter (combined into a single PDF file) to youthesab2026@gmail.com. The final selection date for youth funding will be March 31, 2026.
